QUALITY WARRANTY:

Sofa lines: 60 months warranty for frame, 36 months for foam mattress and 24 months for leather or fabric

Furniture products: 12 months warranty for technical defects, frames, hinges from the date of delivery.

For products that are out of warranty or have defects that are not listed in the Quality Warranty section, COZY is always ready to provide the best solution to assist you with any problems that arise. With a reliable warranty, all your questions will be answered!

LIFETIME WARRANTY:

All sofa products distributed by Cozy including imported sofas enjoy Cozy's lifetime warranty policy. For these items, after the standard warranty period, mattress, foam, frame, leather repairs will only be charged for materials and labor.
