Innovative solutions and long-established tradition
Brianform is located in Brianza, the heart of the Italian furniture design industry. Brianform has been in the business of designing, manufacturing and distributing high quality world-class leather sofas since 1984. Brianform owns a highly industrialized environment and thanks to its extensive experience, the company researches and develops innovative solutions that meet the needs and aesthetic tastes of even the most difficult customers. Brianform's success comes from the combination of modern technology and the professional expertise of its craftsmen with the aim of delivering top quality solutions.
Top quality product
Brianform's products are meticulously cared for at all stages, especially in the selection of raw leather materials which go through 17 steps of sophisticated tanning and hide treatment with environmentally friendly Eco technology that meets European Union assessment standards. The finished sofa leather is hand-stitched by Italian craftsmen with double-thick threads for the best durability and strength. Brianform sofa cushion is processed by modern laser cutting technology with absolute precision as specified in the design. The frame is made of solid mahogany wood, which is termite-resistant, bug-resistant and durable for up to 25 years.
Long tradition combined with advanced technology
Brianform invests in building the most cutting-edge leather storage system to ensure that high-class cowhides are best-preserved according to technical standards. Raw leather materials are stored in a specially designed leather storage room with temperature and humidity parameters maintained and strictly controlled throughout the treatment process. After going through 19 elaborate tanning stages, the hides are treated with a analine dyeing finishing technique. Analine leather is the highest grade leather used for upholstery products because of its soft, smooth surface, outstanding durability, and unique patina (naturally coloring) effect.
Prestige derives from quality
Every stage of making Brianform sofas, from designing to raw material selection, is done in Italy. Behind each product is a story of Italian culture, and Italian high class style vividly recreated by highly skilled Italian artisan tailors. Brianform is certified 100% Made in Italy by the Italian Association for the Protection of Manufacturers. At the same time, Brianform's products have also won multiple prestigious awards in the interior design industry of Italy and the world.
Premium-quality material
Brianform uses only the finest raw leather to wrap its premium products. After going through 17 elaborate tanning steps using the Veg-tan process (herbal tanning), the cowhide is coated with analine-soluble dye to bring the greatest softness and durability to the leather surface but completely does not interfere with the natural properties typical of each rawhide sheet. Brianform treats raw hides with elaborate steps similar to those of the human skincare through a natural, environmentally-friendly and eco-safe process.
Research and innovation
The company's mission - research and innovation - has helped Brianform become a brand name that has always been at the forefront of the ever-evolving trend of leather-upholstered furniture with a talented design team of leading experts in the interior design industry of Italy.

Mahogany Wood Frame - Mahogany wood earns a reputation for being solid and hard, with typical qualities such as the best scratch resistance in all wood types, 20-year durability, and no warping over time of use. The wooden frame is cut automatically with advanced techniques using the latest laser technology. The spring system is made of premium-quality alloy with high elasticity.
To ensure the precise elasticity and form of the finished sofa, the Eurethane and Fiber foam padding layers in cushions have different density, thickness, and ventilation parameters meticulously calculated by Italian designers and separately for each product model. Design data is programmed on a state-of-the-art automatic laser cutting and measurement system to ensure absolute accuracy compared to the design. High-grade eurethane foam has excellent elasticity, does not compress/flatten or deform, and is friendly to the environment and users.

After going through 17 stages of Veg-tan tanning with natural ingredients, leathers are treated with a analine finishing dyeing technique. Analine is a translucent dye that absolutely does not affect or interfere with the hide surface in order to retain the original properties, characteristics and identities of the original skin surface, including wrinkles, natural bumps and markings on the skin. Analine leather is the highest grade leather used for upholstery products because of its velvety surface, outstanding durability, and unique patina (naturally coloring) leather effect.
