The German sofa factory, operated sinceborn in 1978, which is one of the leading German sofa factories, distributes their furniture mainly in the German and European markets. In 1994, the company established its first production base outside Germany in China. To date, the company has established 8 production facilities worldwide and made its presence in 52 countries. The entire technology and production line for all stages, from the tanning of raw leather to the wrapping of the final product, are strictly controlled by procedures based on German standards. With ideas and inspiration from art, fashion, high-end cars, German designers have created a collection with ultramodern design, multiple functions, outstanding quality and aesthetics.

The entire processes of selecting leather materials, tanning, and the entire sofa production cycles are conducted meticulously and with high discipline according to German standards. The production stages of the factory all meet the strictest requirements of Germany on environmental protection. All leather upholstery types comply with European Union regulations through  Eco-friendly process or Veg-Tan (Herbal treatment) processing procedures which are environmentally friendly and user-friendly. All of its production facilities are ISO 14001: 2004 certified for Environmental Management System.

The frame is made from natural German solid Golden Birch wood. Golden Birch is a heavy, hard and strong type of wood which owns excellent pressure/impact resistance and high durability. The interior is made of high-quality Golden Birch wood and has a long service life of up to 25 years.

To ensure the precise elasticity and form of the finished sofa, the Eurethane and Fiber foam padding layers in cushions have different density, thickness, and ventilation parameters meticulously calculated by Italian designers and separately for each product model. Design data is programmed on a state-of-the-art automatic laser cutting and measurement system to ensure absolute accuracy compared to the design. High-grade eurethane foam has excellent elasticity, does not compress/flatten or deform, and is friendly to the environment and users.

German sofas have 68 leather colors and three types of leather which cater to different needs and users’ habits.

New Club Leather is a high-class Top Grain Protected leather line tanned according to modern Eco technology, which is friendly to the environment and users.

SILK leather material is Full Grain Analine leather tanned according to modern Eco technology. Silk leather isoffers cool touch in summer, and warm feel in winter.

Randoph leather is a type of Analine Plus leather - Germany's leading premium leather line that is fully vegetable-tanned (or Veg-tan method using herbal treatment).  The longer the leather is used, the finer the color is and the softer and cooler the surface becomes.  Currently, in the world, only 10% of leather upholstery products use Veg-tan leather because of the elaborate and expensive skincare process.

Accessories are selected from premium-quality materials with a long service life such as a system of top-class alloy torsion spring and mortar spring and  7cm thick straps to strengthen the steady frame. The German electrical sofa series boast the frame made of stainless steel and alloy legs. Motorized and electrical accessories are integrated to enhance the product's utility, comfort and multi-functionality. High-end electronic accessories with unique designs integrated in the product are patented in the US and Europe.
